At a recent wedding, we had the pleasure of providing DJ entertainment for a wonderful couple and their guests. Before the celebration, we made sure we understood their musical preferences, including the songs they wanted to hear and the songs they preferred not to play.

As the evening unfolded, we paid attention to the crowd and adjusted the music to match the atmosphere. Although the dance floor was not packed all night, the celebration was never about forcing guests to dance. It was about making sure the couple and their loved ones enjoyed the evening in their own way.

Listening makes the difference

One of the most important parts of being a wedding DJ is knowing when to bring the energy up and when to let the moment breathe. We played a variety of music that fit the couple's requests and the guests' energy, while respecting their do-not-play list throughout the event.

After the wedding, the couple shared a video review that meant a great deal to us. They said we did a wonderful job, played everything they wanted, and did not play the songs they didn't want to hear.
